Savin Rock Condominiums

A seaside community located on Long Island Sound

 The Savin Rock Condominiums were built by the First Hartford Corporation as part of the Savin Rock Amusement park urban renewal project of the 1960's. Phase one was completed in 1966 followed by phase 2. The Savin Rock Housing Authority, a subsidiary of the FHC managed the property until 1972 when FHC converted them to condominiums giving the current residents the first right to purchase a unit.
